Dr. Samuel S. Jacobson Joins Tennova’s Medical Staff Pulmonologist specializes in the treatment of lung and respiratory diseases
Tennova Healthcare recently welcomed Samuel S. Jacobson, M.D., pulmonologist and critical care specialist, to his new medical practice at Tennova Pulmonary Group – Jefferson. He is accepting new patients at his office at 120 Hospital Drive, Suite 260, Jefferson City.
Dr. Jacobson is dedicated to the diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the lungs and respiratory tract. He specializes in caring for patients with lung cancer as well as chronic respiratory conditions, such as asthma and COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease). Same-day appointments are available. Dr. Jacobson earned his medical degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine in Oklahoma City. He completed an internship and residency at the University of Miami School of Medicine in Miami. Dr. Jacobson also received fellowship training in pulmonary and critical care medicine at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine in Pittsburgh, PA.
