Nottingham Farm Riding Summer Camp

This year the couple has decided to host a summer riding camp for children with cancer at their Nottingham Farm located at 191 Teezer French Rd., New Market TN 37820. However, there is a Great need from some wonderful individuals and businesses in and around our community to make this happen.
Summer Camp Riding Facts & Goals:
* Obtain sponsors for a total of 3 camps with 10 children in each.
* Each camp would operate Monday through Friday, 9am to 2pm.
* Children will groom, tack, & ridge their assigned horse each day.
* Children participate in many other fun activities that pertain to horses.
* Every child receives a trophy with the sponsor(s) names engraved on the front
* Teach children how to ride & care for horses
* Gives the child the chance to focus on something other than his/her sickness
*Allows the child to "just be a kid" for the week, feel hopeful, successful, & have Fun!
The cost of sponsoring a child for this spectacular one week summer riding camp is $600.00. Those monies will cover:
* Cost of supplies
* Trophies
* Farm expenses
* Additional staff members
This will have to be a community effort in order to provide a sick child with the Gift to Love & Be Loved by an animal who gives of it's own heart unconditionally. Please reach out and help these children concentrate on being happy, feeling accomplished, & breaking free from their sickness, if not only for one week.
