The Second Dandridge Art Excusion

Craftsmen and artists from the Dandridge area will be celebrating the culmination of American Craft Week by demonstrating their skills free to the public in and around downtown Dandridge. American Arts and Crafts are part of our heritage and Dandridge is recognizing the countless ways handmade objects enrich our daily lives and contribute to our local and national aesthetic and economy by holding the "Dandridge Arts Excursion 2012."
Artisans include weavers, blacksmith, pyrographer, several painters using a variety of different techniques, weavers, stained glass artist, ceramicist, jewelry maker, caner, quilter, furniture maker, and a wood turner. There will also be a children's tent graciously supported and sponsored by Susie Jarnagin and Kiki Boyd. New artisans to this event are Todd Eaton, Karen Hollingsworth, Kathleen Van Orsdel, Betty Newman and Dr. J. Kent Blazier. Returning artists are Mary Bow, David Richards, Susanne Neidert, Janet Stephenson, Michelle Howe, Bobbie Lamons Lovell and her students, Gloria Beauchamp, Diana Bruhn-Hafner, Jolene Powell, Chris Rice, and Ken Thomas.
