TIME: 11:30 a.m. EDT

The New Market Volunteer Fire Department and Rescue Team will be holding the 5th Annual Easter Parade & Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, March 26, 2016.

The event will kick off with a parade which will line up on the Old A.J. Highway at Lost Creek Golf Club at 11:00 a.m. and will begin at 11:30 a.m., ending at the Roadside Park beside the fire department. Anyone wanting to join the parade with a float, cars, etc., are welcome to join the parade at the line up location. RSVP is not required.

Craft vendors are welcome to setup and sell their products for a $25.00 set up fee.

There will also be a car show during the event.

The Grand Marshal of this year's event will be American Idol Contestant Laurel Wright of the Young Fables. Young Fables duo will provide a performance at the end of the parade!

The Easter Egg Hunt will follow the parade ceremonies.
