Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce would like to invite the community to participate in our annual Business & Industry Appreciation Golf Tournament.

Tournament Start 1:00p.m.
Dinner and an awards ceremony will be held following the tournament around 5:30p.m.
Players can register individually or in teams no larger than four. Registration fees are $125.00 per player and include greens fee, cart, range balls, lunch before and dinner after the tournament. You do not have to be a Chamber Member to register for this event. There will be drawings held for various door prizes, as well as contest prizes for a Hole-In-One, Longest Drive, & Closest to the Hole. Those who wish to attend the dinner but not play in the tournament can purchase
dinner tickets for $15.00.
To register for the tournament fill out and return the Player Registration Form by May 20. To become an event sponsor fill out and return the Sponsorship Registration Form by April 27. Forms can be returned through mail or fax.
