Not only do they offer great catering options, but they offer many other tasty treats as well. The Carson-Newman Dining family of restaurants including Chick-fil-a, Maples Library Café and the P.O.D. Express at the Maddox Student Activities Center are all open to the public every day.
Chick-fil-a, located inside the Maddox Student Activities Center, serves all of the finger-lickin’ favorites that everyone has come to love so much including the Original Chicken Sandwich, Chicken Nuggets, waffle fries and homemade Lemonade.
Maples Library Café is a coffee lovers dream! Located inside the Stephens-Burnett Library, Maples offers the finest hand roasted coffees from Java City, iced and blended drinks, select sandwiches and salad. This is a great place to have lunch or just stop in to unwind before you head home in the evening.
P.O.D. Express is a convenience kiosk inside the MSAC that offers grab-and-go sandwiches, salads, beverages, snacks and much more. Don’t have much time? Then the P.O.D.’s are perfect!
