2015 Marine Toys for Tots sign-ups

Toys for Tots, sponsored by the TN Smoky Mountain Marine Corps League, accepting applications for children ages 0 12 years of age. 

 ALL surrounding counties accepted
(includes Jefferson County, TN)

WHEN:
Saturday, November 28   9am-5 pm
Wednesday, Dec. 9       5pm - 9pm
Saturday, Dec. 12       9am-5pm
(These will be the ONLY dates and times available to sign up)


WHERE: 2002 Winfield Dunn Parkway
Sevierville, TN 37876
(near Smokey Mountain Knife Works- look for Lighthouse)

MUST PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:
1. Must be the parent or court appointed legal guardian 
(must provide a copy of the court documentation)
2.  Proof of Residency: utility bill, insurance bill, phone bill, etc.
3. State photo ID or driver’s license for the parent/legal guardian.
4. Copy of Each child’s Social Security card
5.  Copy of Each child's birth certificate.
