2015 Sales Tax Holiday: August 7-9
The State of Tennessee's Annual Sales Tax Holiday is held every year, beginning at 12:01 a.m. on the first Friday in August and ending at 11:59 p.m. the following Sunday night. During this weekend, certain goods may be purchased tax free. This year's tax-free holiday weekend begins at 12:01 a.m. on Friday, August 7
and ends Sunday, August 9 at 11:59 p.m.
What is tax free?
Clothing: $100 or less
School Supplies: $100 or less
Computers: $1,500 or less
