Day 2 & 3 – 8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. EDT

National Guard Armory – Jefferson City

You must have the following documentation to signup:
- Proof of Income – You must provide documentation for ALL household income (pay check stubs, Families First, SSI or Social Security documentation, or Food Stamp
documentation: must provide food stamp letter.
- Social Security Card – for head(s) of household
- Social Security Card or Birth Certificate – must be provided for any child 12 and under you wish to receive toys
- Proof of Residency – (electric bill, water bill, gas bill or home phone bill)
***If applying for toys, anyone other than parent must show proof of guardianship.
