Mossy Creek Cruzers Set to Host 2017 Fill the Truck with Toys Show to Benefit Christmas in Jefferson County

The car show committee met at Bush’s Visitor Center to finalize the plans for the Fill the Truck with Toys show. The show will be held in the ball field behind the Visitor Center. Watch for signs. When you come to the Visitors Center you go one block towards Sevierville and turn left where the sign is. Go until you see
another sign and turn left again. Then you will see the ball field and you turn in beside the tennis court. The registration booth will be set up in front of a small brown building.

Registration is to bring a new, unwrapped toy to donate to underprivileged
children. Help us make children smile! That’s what our club is about, helping our communities. If you don’t bring a toy, we accept monetary donations and every penny of it will be spent to buy additional toys.

There will be door prizes given away, most furnished by Bush’s Visitor Center.

Music from the fifties and sixties will be playing all day so that your toes will be tapping to the beat!! Brings back a lot of memories and a lot of good times. Games will be available to play, such as Piston Toss and Corn Hole just for your entertainment. Food will be available either by going to the Bush’s Visitor Center Cafe or hot dogs, hamburgers and other sandwiches from Two Coaches Catering who will be set up close to the show and will also have coffee and doughnuts for the early morning.

The top three trophies will be chosen by Peoples Choice ballots and chosen by the people that are entered in the show. You will receive a ballot and a
card to place on the window of your vehicle when you register.

So mark your calendar for Saturday, August 26th for our Bush’s Visitor Center Fill the Truck with Toys!

Don’t forget our cruise-in on Friday nights at Big Lots in College Square on Hwy 11-E in Jefferson City. We are now doing a 50-50 each week (that
is each week that it is NOT 100 degrees or raining). This cruise-in has been going on for 7 years.

If you are interested in joining the Mossy Creek Cruzers Car Club just see

person to sign you up!
