TIME: 8:30 am to 2:00 pm
WHERE: National Guard Armory

MUST PROVIDE:
* Proof of income: ALL household income including SSI, Families First and pay stubs
&
MUST PROVIDE FOOD STAMP LETTER
(call DHS for letter at 865-397-9401)
* Social Security Card/Birth Certificate for head(s) of household and Any child 12 & under
* Proof of Residency: Electric bill, water bill, gas bill, phone bill etc.
** If applying for toys, anyone other than parent
MUST show proof of guardianship**
