THDA is the State of Tennessee's Housing Finance Agency with a mission to ensure Tennesseeans have access to safe sound housing. We do this by offering programs compatible with the needs of Tennessee households-engaging communities across the state to know about and utlize these programs. Ralph Perrey will discuss who they are and what they do, the housing trends we see through research and planning for the Jefferson County area vs the rest of Tennessee, and the specific programs they are deploying in our community.
