Sign up to receive a food box and toys for children 12 & under!!!
You must have the following documentation to signup:
- Proof of Income - You must provide documentation on ALL household income (pay check stubs, Families First, SSI or Social Security documentation, or Food Stamp documentation: must provide Food Stamp letter.
- Social Security Card for head(s) of household.
- Social Security Card or Birth Certificate for any child 12 and under you wish to receive toys.
- Proof of Residency - electric bill, water bill, gas bill or home phone bill).
***If applying for toys, anyone other than parent must show proof of guardianship.
