We understand there are obstacles for those faced with Alzheimer’s disease; you are not alone. The intention of this group is to increase awareness of Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias, as well as offer help and support for people affected, such as loved ones and caregivers.

** Special guest speaker will be Suncrest Home Health Care with valuable information regarding how home health can assist you even in Assisted Living Communities.
